The Rocky Smith SMS Program, operated by Rocky Smith, sends automated notifications generated by a software application — appointment and calendar reminders, package-delivery updates, and household task alerts — to a small set of subscribers who have personally provided their mobile numbers to the Sender. Messages originate from +1 704-459-7168. The program is non-commercial: no marketing, promotional, or third-party content is sent.
Opt-in is collected verbally and in person. Each subscriber gives the Sender their own mobile number directly and expressly agrees to receive these automated notifications. No website form, online sign-up, or purchased list is used, and no third-party numbers are ever messaged. A representative consent statement is:
