This Privacy Policy describes how Rocky Smith, operating as a sole proprietor (the "Sender"), handles information in connection with an automated text-message (SMS/MMS) notification program (the "Rocky Smith SMS Program") in which a software application sends automated appointment and calendar reminders, package-delivery updates, and household task alerts to subscribers who have expressly consented to receive them.
The only personal information collected is the mobile phone number that each recipient provides directly to the Sender, in person or verbally, together with the recipient's agreement to receive these messages. No information is collected through any website, online form, or public sign-up. No location data, financial data, or sensitive personal data is collected.
Mobile numbers are used solely to send the automated notification messages described above, generated by the Sender's software application. Messages are non-marketing and non-commercial.
Mobile numbers and message content are not sold or rented to anyone. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
A recipient may stop messages at any time by replying STOP, and may reply HELP for assistance. Upon opting out, the recipient's number is no longer used to send messages.
Mobile numbers are retained only for as long as the recipient wishes to receive messages, and are removed on opt-out or on request.
