This is an automated text-message (SMS/MMS) notification program (the "Rocky Smith SMS Program") operated by Rocky Smith, a sole proprietor (the "Sender"). A software application sends automated notifications — appointment and calendar reminders, package-delivery updates, and household task alerts — to subscribers who have provided their mobile number directly to the Sender and given express consent to receive them. No marketing, promotional, or third-party content is sent. Messages are sent from +1 (704) 459-7168.
Message frequency varies and is low volume — typically fewer than 10 messages per day across all recipients.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. The Sender does not charge for these messages.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation and then no further messages. To resume, you may ask the Sender to add your number again.
